Orthodox Easter Fasting 2024. Church holidays and fasts in 2024 (second date according to the church (julian) calendar, first — according to the civil calendar) may 5/april 22 — holy pascha. Strict fasting is observed on most wednesdays and fridays, weekdays of great lent and the dormition fast, and the last ten days of the nativity fast.
